You may have a great plan but you need to know who will do what, and recognize any gaps in expertise or capacity in your team. Are there things in the plan that you really dislike doing, and know you will put them off until it is too late? Who else on your team can do these things? Do you need help from outside the team for any marketing tasks? Are the gaps best filled by training or hiring? This worksheet offers a table for action planning, with suggested tasks.
